Pharmacies throughout the country have been facing challenges obtaining a reliable supply of medication and significant cost variations in recent years. This has unfortunately at times impacted on the service we would like to provide eg a longer time taken to dispense prescription because of waits for unavailable medication or being unable to obtain the medication at all due to supply issues beyond our control. We have implemented as many new systems as possible to reduce the effects of these issues on the service we provide and would like to reassure you we will continue to do what we can. We apologise for delays and inconvenience when they have occurred.
